摘　　要：总结14例手足口病合并脑脊髓炎患儿的护理。认为护理重点是生命体征的监测及并发症的观察,早期发现,早期干预神经源性肺水肿、肺出血。在丙种免疫球蛋白、甲基强的松龙积极治疗下,严格执行消毒隔离,加强症状护理、药物治疗的监护、康复及心理护理,可降低手足口病病死率及致残率,改善预后,促进患儿早日康复。To summarize nursing in children patients of 14 cases of hand-foot and mouth disease with encephalitis.Vital signs that care focuses on monitoring and observation of complications,early detection,early intervention in neurogenic pulmonary edema,pulmonary hemorrhage.In human intravenous immunoglobulin,methylprednisolone active treatment,the strict implementation of disinfection and isolation,strengthening the symptoms of nursing,drug therapy monitoring,rehabilitation and psychological care to reduce mortality and disability in hand,foot and mouth disease and improve prognosis to promote the children a speedy recovery.
