摘　　要：目的:探讨自理模式对新发2型糖尿病患者控制状况的干预效果,提高患者自我管理能力。方法:将60例新发2型糖尿病患者随机分为干预组30例和对照组30例。对照组患者给予常规治疗、护理及健康教育,干预组运用Orem的自理模式的全补偿系统、部分补偿系统和支持教育系统护理患者,两组均在出院时用糖尿病控制状况评价量表评价患者综合控制能力,并比较出院3个月后两组血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及低血糖发生率和正规监测率。结果:干预组患者的综合控制能力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),出院3个月后血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及低血糖发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),正规监测率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Orem的自护理论干预有助于改善糖尿病患者的依赖思想,提高患者自护能力,回归社会后,能适应对疾病的控制和管理的需要。Objective：To explore the intervention effect of self-care mode on the control status of new-onset type 2 diabetic patients,thus to enhance the self-management ability of patients.Methods： Sixty cases of new-onset type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into intervention group（30cases） and control group（30cases）.The control group received the routine treatment,nursing and healthy education while the intervention group accepted the fully-compensation system,partial-compensation system and sustaining education system caring of Orem self-care mode.The control status scale for diabetics,CSSD70 was used to evaluate the comprehensive control ability of patients when discharging To compare the blood sugar,blood sugar at 2 hours after meal,glycosylated hemoglobin,the occurate of hypoglycemia of the two groups.After discharging 3 months.Results： The comprehensive control ability of intervention group was obviously higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.After 3 months the blood sugar,blood sugar at 2 hours after meal,glycosy locted hemoglobin and nypoglycemia in intervention group were lower than in control group（P0.05）.The normal montoring rate was higher than in control（P0.05）.Conclusion： The Orem self-care mode can improve the reliance idea of diabetic patients as well as increase their self-nursing ability.It make them easily adapt to the control and management requirements of disease after they come back to the social life.
