化痰逐瘀汤在缺血性脑卒中二级预防中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨化痰逐瘀汤中药方剂在缺血性脑卒中二级预防中的应用研究。方法:将324例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组161例(未应用化痰逐瘀汤)和治疗组163例(应用化痰逐瘀汤),采用功能独立性评定量表评定两组疗效。结果:治疗1年后治疗组功能独立性评定量表评分均值为(108.06±0.87)分,达到完全独立标准;对照组功能独立性评定量表评分均值(93.76±0.85)分,属于部分依赖,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:化痰逐瘀汤中药方剂对提高缺血性脑卒中患者预后和生活质量具有非常明显的效果。Objective：To discuss the applying of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis decoction on secondary prevention of ischemic stroke.Methods：324 patients with ischemic stroke were divided into control group（n=161） and treatment group（n=163） at random.To assess the effect of two groups by FIM.Methods：After treatment one year,the FIM socre in treatment group was（108.06±0.87）,and it achieved independent standard completely.The FIM socre in control group wan（93.76±0.85）.There was remarkable difference between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion：There was remarkably good effect of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis decoction on improvement the prognosis and the qualiy of life of ischemic stroke patients.
