社会生活技能训练对慢性精神分裂症生活质量的影响对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨社会生活技能训练对慢性精神分裂症患者阴性症状及生活质量的影响效果。方法:将72例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为训练组36例与对照组36例。社会生活技能训练时间为期6个月。用阳性和阴性症状量表、护士用住院病人观察量表、生活质量综合评定问卷进行评定。结果:6个月后,训练组阳性和阴性症状量表总分、阴性因子分、一般病理症状分明显低于训练前(P<0.01),并明显低于对照组(P<0.01);心理健康维度及社会功能维度训练组得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察量表总分、社会能力、社会兴趣、个人整洁、总积极因素训练组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社会生活技能训练能够改变慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状及提高生活质量。Objective：To explore the effects of social life skill training on negative symptom and quality of life of the patients with schizophrenia.Methods：In the controlled study,72 inpatients with chronic schizophrenia were divided into two groups,in social life skill training group（n=36） and control group（n=36）.The social life shills straining time was 6 months.The assessing instruments included Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（PANSS）,General Quality of Life Inventory（GQOLI） and Nurses′Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation（NOSIE）.Results：After 6 months,the scores of PANSS,the negative subseale,the general psychopathology subscale in training group decreased significantly（P0.01）.The training group had better results in mental health and social function of GQOLI（P0.01）：The social ability,social interest,keeps himself clean,positive factors and negative factors of NOSIE in training group were better than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The social life skills training was positive effects on rehabilitation of negative syndrome,and and beneficial to improve the living qualities of inpatients with chronic schizophrenia.
