摘　　要：目的:通过介绍该院专病专护小组在治疗老年重症肺炎中的作用,探讨老年重症肺炎的专科护理。方法:在借鉴国内外先进的老年重症肺炎护理措施的基础上,成立老年重症肺炎护理的专病专护小组,选拔高素质的专科护士,建立老年重症肺炎护理的管理机制,制定老年重症肺炎的临床护理方案。结果:专病专护实施以后老年重症肺炎的病死率有所下降,护理质量得到了医师的积极评价,护士对老年重症肺炎护理能力得到了提高。结论:专病专护的专业化护理的实施能够有效提高老年重症肺炎的治愈率及护理质量。Objective： To explore professional nursing care for old severe nosocomial pneumonia patients by organizing and running a specialist care group.Methods： After we reviewed many national and international nursing old severe nosocomial pneumonia strategies,we organized a specialist care group to set up management mechanism and clinical strategies for nursing elderly patients with severe pneumonia.Results： The case fatality rate of old severe nosocomial pneumonia patients decreased after we provided specialist care.Doctors were satisfied with the care quality and nurses got professional improvement.Conclusion： Implementing specialist care could improve the cure rate and the quality of nursing for elderly patients with severe pneumonia.
