摘　　要：情绪在日常生活中对人的影响巨大,而情绪反应引发疾病并影响其发展的机制尚未清晰。为追本求源,情绪反应动物模型的建立显得尤为重要。但是从情绪模型诞生起,就存在造模方法的缺陷,如存在躯体的应激。同时,模型的评价也不尽客观。而寻找其解决方法对于完善模型和扩大模型的应用极为重要。现对常见的情绪反应动物模型的造模方法和评价方法进行综述,以期为情绪反应动物模型的研制提供可资借鉴的思路与方法学参考。The impact of emotion in daily life to human is huge,however,emotional responses to cause disease and its impact on the development of the mechanism is not clear,so building emotional responses animal models is especially important for seeking to trace the source of it.However,since the birth of emotional model,there have been defects in its methods,such as the existence of physical stress,and the model evaluation are not objective enough.Therefore,the search for its solutions to improve the models and expand the application of the model is extremely important.Here is to make a review on the common emotional response models methods of animal model and evaluation method to provide references for the ideas and methodology of emotional response animal model development and preparation.
