太极拳:从“推己及人”到“内圣外王”

摘　　要：在查阅文献资料的基础上,从文化学的视角出发,对太极拳的人文价值进行了相关研究。研究结果表明,太极拳是一种内涵厚重且具有人文精神的拳种。太极拳是关乎"人"的一门学问。太极拳所阐释的,"正己"、"知己"、"舍己"、"随人"成就着太极拳关于人生价值以及实现人生价值的基本思想,并在这些思想的相互联系中构成了统一的价值观——"推己及人"、"内圣外王"。On the basis of literature review,the paper,from the perspective of culturology,researches the humanistic value of Taijiquan.The research results show that Taijiquan is not only a kind of culture,but also a great philosophy.Taijiquan is the knowledge about ＂people＂.The philosophy of ＂self-blame＂,＂self-awareness＂,＂self-denial＂ and ＂unselfishness＂ in Taijiquan interprets the fundamental ideology of life value and the realization of life value.A unified ideology is thus formed this ideology——consideration of others to ＂internal saints and external kings＂.
