摘　　要：采用问卷调查、专家访问、文献资料等研究方法对四川省足球后备人才培养机制的现状进行了调查研究。从系统科学、社会学、运动训练学等多学科的视角对足球后备人才培养机制中存在的问题进行分析,旨在探寻四川省足球后备人才培养机制的正确道路。The paper,by using questionnaire survey,expert interview,literature material and other research techniques to survey and study the present situation of the training mechanism of Sichuan soccer reserve personnel.It analyzes the problems in the training mechanism of Sichuan soccer reserve personnel from the multi-disciplinary perspectives of systematic science,sociology and sports training,the purpose of which is to explore the correct path of Sichuan soccer reserve personnel training mechanism.
