复合植物提取物对湘云金鲫血液生化指标的影响

摘　　要：为探讨复合植物提取物对湘云金鲫的促生长机制,选用1 008尾健康湘云金鲫鱼种,随机分为3组,对照组投喂基础饲料,试验组1、2在基础饲料中分别添加剂量为1%、2%的复合植物提取物,测定饲养30d后鱼体血液生化指标。结果表明,1%剂量组能显著提高谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶及血清总蛋白含量(P<0.05),显著降低血液葡萄糖和甘油三酯含量(P<0.05);2%剂量组能显著提高谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶含量(P<0.05),提高血清总蛋白含量(P>0.05);两试验组均能降低总胆固醇含量(P>0.05)。从而得出结论,复合植物提取物作为饲料添加剂能够调节鱼体血液生化指标的含量,具有促进三大营养物质代谢活动、加快鱼体生长的作用。To explore the growth promotion mechanism of multiple plant extract on Hybrid Crussian Carp＇s.A total of 1008 healthy Hybrid Crussian Carp＇ fingerlings were randomly divided into three groups.Matched group fed with basal feed,experimental group 1 and group 2 were fed respectively by 1% or 2% dose of multiple plant extract in basal feed.The blood biochemical parameters were deter mined after breeding for 30 days.The results showed： To compared with matched group,the contents of glutamic-oxaloacetic transa minase（GOT）,glutamic-pyruvic transa minase（GPT） and total protein（TP） were increased,and the contents of glucose（GLU） and triglycerides（TG） were reduced in the group of 1% dose,significantly（P0.05）.The contents of GOT and GPT were also increased significantly（P0.05）,however the increase of TP had no significant effect（P0.05） in the group of 2% dose.The content of total cholesterol（TCH） was reduced（P0.05） in two experimental groups.As a feed additive,the multiple plant extract could regulate blood biochemical parameters of fish body.It had the factions of enhancing the metabolic activity of 3 main nutritive materials and hastening the growth of fish.
