摘　　要：介绍了混合料的质量检测与控制的几个环节,提出设计智能的配料控制系统,解决当前配料自动化控制中存在的问题,实现混合料质量的进一步提高。最后强调了制定标准、加强细节管理的重要性。Some steps about quality inspection and control of glass batch were described and the design concept about intelligent weighing system of glass making raw materials was proposed so as to avoid the problems occurred from current automatic weighing and improving the quality of glass batch .Finally the importance of drawing up standard and strengthening detail management.
