摘　　要：目的:评价锁定钢板治疗肩部多发性骨折的临床效果及并发症。方法:对2006年2月～2009年10月接受锁定钢板内固定的肩部多发性骨折的23例患者的临床资料及临床疗效进行回顾性分析。结果:本组共23例患者均获随访,随访时间8～26个月,平均14.6个月。骨折均于术后2～5个月,平均3.8个月,达临床愈合;1例合并神经损伤者,感觉、运动功能在6个月后逐渐恢复;钢板撞击1例;骨折复位丢失2例。根据Herscovici肩关节评定标准:优13例,良5例,可2例,差3例,优良率为78.3%。结论:锁定钢板对肩部多发性骨折的固定稳定可靠,可早期功能锻炼,有较好的临床疗效。Objective：To evaluate the clinical results of locking plate fixation of multiple circum-shoulder fractures.Methods： Twenty-three patients who had received locking plate fixation of circum-shoulder fractures in our hospital from February 2006 to October 2009 were involved in our retrospective investigation. Results： All patients were followed up prospectively for an average of 14.6 months （ range from 6 months to 26 months） . Among the 23 patients who finished the follow-up, all fractures healed after an average of 3.8 months （range 2 months to 5 months） post-operation. One patient with neurological lesion recovered graduatedly in 6 months post-operation. One patient happened with plate impingement. Two cases happened with dislocation of fracture. According to the Herscovici shoulder score, 13 cases were the excellent, 5 good, 2 fair and 3 poor. The excellent and good rate was 78.3%. Conclusion： Internal fixation by locking plate for multiple circum-shoulder fractures can led to a good functional outcome because it provides stable fixation and allows early mobilization.
