摘　　要：本文以江苏省环境监测人员持证上岗的实际工作情况为基础,分析其优劣势。并针对性的提出规范该项工作的几点建议,对未来的发展进行展望,目的在于促使该工作更加规范、高效和科学。Base on practical work of going post with certificate about environmental monitoring of Jiang su province,the article analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of the work and prospecled for development of the work. The purpose is to make the work hetter, more standard and scientific.
