摘  要:研究了酚醛泡沫高温制备工艺及配方,结果表明,在模具温度90℃条件下保温2h,再升温至170℃固化,可制备出性能优良的酚醛泡沫。当发泡剂HH-3质量分数为3%,表面活性剂Tw-80质量分数为5%时,酚醛泡沫的力学性能较好,闭孔率较高,泡孔均匀细密,热导率较低。The processing conditions and formula of phenolic foam by the method of high-temperature foaming were researched.The results showed that phenolic foam with excellent performance could be prepared when the temperature of foaming mould keeping 90℃ for two hours, and then rised to 170℃ and keeping 170℃ for four hours.When the mass fraction of blowing agent HH-3 was 3 percent, surfactant Tw-80 was 5 percent, the phenolic foam with excellent mechanical properties, high closed cell rate, low thermal conductivity was prepared.
