摘 要:利用自行设计制造的剪切拉伸双向复合应力场挤管装置制备了双向增强的高密度聚乙烯/聚丙烯/短玻璃纤维(PE-HD/PP/SGF)管材。采用大角X射线衍射法和差示扫描量热法研究了该双向应力场对复合体系分子取向行为和结晶行为的影响。结果表明,剪切拉伸双向复合应力场能改善体系分子的取向并促进体系结晶。管材周向晶面的衍射强度提高了近80%,而轴向晶面提高了100%以上;α晶的结晶度从65.69%提高到66.87%,β晶的结晶度从1.39%提高到2.17%。By shearing-drawing two-dimensional compound stress field die developed by the authors, two-dimensional reinforcement / high density polyethylene / polypropylene / short glass fiber ( PE-HD / PP / SGF ) pipes were extruded.The effect of two-dimensional compound stress field on molecule orientation and crystallinity of these pipes was studied by wide-angle X-ray diffraction ( WAXD ) and differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ) .The results indicated that the shearing-drawing two-dimensional compound stress field could improve the molecule orientation and crystallinity of these pipes.The maximum diffraction strength of the circular crystal plane of these pipes increased by 80% approximately and the maximum of the axial was about 100%.The crystaltinity of α-crystal increased from 65.69% to 66.87%, and β-crystal increased from 1.39% to 2.17%.
