益气通络汤配合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变33例

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气通络汤配合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]对33例患者在严格控制饮食、西药常规治疗基础上使用益气通络汤加减,水煎服,10d为1个疗程,3个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]显效19例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率93.94%。治疗后神经电生理指标检测有明显改善。[结论]益气通络汤配合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效满意,长期服用可减缓糖尿病神经病变的发生和发展。[Objective]Yiqitongluo soup with western treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.[Method]33 patients in strictly controlled diet,based on the use of conventional western medicine treatment Yiqitongluo Decoction,decoction,10d for a course of treatment,three months after treatment to determine efficacy.[Results]19 cases were markedly effective in 12 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency 93.94%.After treatment,detection of neurophysiological indicators have improved significantly.[Conclusion]Yiqitongluo soup with western treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy satisfactory,long-term use can reduce the incidence of diabetic neuropathy and development.
