糖脉宁从瘀论治2型糖尿病并发高血压37例

摘　　要：[目的]观察糖脉宁治疗2型糖尿病并发高血压疗效。[方法]将73例随机分为两组。对照组36例西医常规治疗;治疗组37例在西医治疗基础上,予糖脉宁加减、中医生活调摄。治疗2个月进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组显效25例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率94.95%。对照组显效12例,有效14例,无效10例,总有效率72.22%。治疗组疗临床效、心电图疗效均优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组在改善症状及心电图,血液流变学、降低FPG、HbAlc、TC、TG、LDL、ApB,升高LDL、ApA方面均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]糖脉宁治疗2型糖尿病并发高血压疗效满意。[Objective] Tangmaining treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus Hypertension.[Method] 73 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Control group of 36 patients treated with conventional Western medicine;treatment group of 37 patients treated in Western medicine,based on the pulse Ningjia to cut sugar,Chinese living photo transfer.Treatment for two months to determine efficacy.[Results] effective in 25 cases,10 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency 94.95%.Control group,12 cases markedly effective in 14 cases,10 cases,the total efficiency of 72.22%.Treatment group,clinical treatment effect,ECG effects than the control group（P〈 0.01）.Treatment group,in improving symptoms and ECG,blood rheology,reducing FPG,HbAlc,TC,TG,LDL,ApB,elevated LDL,ApA were better than the control group（P〈 0.05,P 〈0.01）.[Conclusion] Tangmaining treatment of type 2 diabetes,hypertension results were satisfactory.
