中药熏洗配合西药治疗老年性下肢动脉血管斑块形成伴局部回流障碍36例

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药熏洗配合西药治疗老年性下肢动脉血管斑块形成伴局部回流障碍疗效。[方法]将69例随机分为两组。对照组33例使用灯盏花注射液静滴,每日1次,15天1个疗程,休息7天后进行第2疗程,同时配合口服阿托伐他汀钙。治疗组36例在对照组用药基础上予活血化瘀,温经通络中药熏洗,每天2次,每次半小时。两组均15天1个疗程,休息7天后开始第2个疗程。[结果]治疗3个疗程后,临床症状改善、血脂指标改善、下肢血管斑块改善治疗组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中药熏洗配合西药治疗老年性下肢动脉血管斑块形成伴局部回流障碍可明显改善下肢血管硬化情况,使血管内斑块明显缩小、消失或变为稳定斑块,减轻疼痛、水肿,减少并发症。[Objective]Fumigation with Western medicine treatment of senile plaques associated with Arterial plaque formation senile lower limbs.[Method]69 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Control group of 33 patients using intravenous infusion of Erigeron,1 day once,15 days a course of treatment,rest 7 days after the first two courses,in conjunction with oral administration of atorvastatin calcium.Treatment group of 36 patients in the control group on the basis of medication to the blood circulation,warm the meridians of traditional Chinese medicine Fumigation,2 times a day,every half hour.Both groups were 15 days a course of treatment,rest 7 days after the first two courses.[Results]After 3 courses of treatment,clinical symptoms,serum lipids improved lower extremity vascular plaque to improve the treatment group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Fumigation with Western medicine treatment of senile plaques associated with lower extremity arterial partial reflux disorder can significantly improve the situation of lower limb atherosclerosis,blood vessel plaque was significantly reduced,disappear or become stable plaque,reduce pain,edema,reduce complications.
