摘　　要：治疗肝性不寐应着重调治肝的功能为基础,"补其不足,泻其有余,镇静安神"。珍珠母可"平肝潜阳,安神魂,定惊痫,消热痞,眼翳",为安神镇静之效药,被众医家广泛用于治疗肝性不寐,且疗效显著。将肝性不寐辨证分为肝郁化火、阴虚火旺、阳亢血虚三型,重用珍珠母组方进行辨证治疗。珍珠母炮制方法不完善,用量仍待进一步规范,配伍中如何运用其他安神药物来提升珍珠母的功效,多数报道仅限于经验总结,缺少对珍珠母作用机理等具体研究。Treatment of insomnia should focus on modulating hepatic liver function based,＂fill the gap,reducing the surplus,sedative.＂ Pearl can be ＂calming liver yang,Ann spirit,the frightened and epilepsy,eliminate hot swelling of the liver,eye shade＂ for the sedative drug sedative effect,minority physicians are widely used to treat liver,insomnia,and a significant effect.Differentiation into the hepatic Insomnia stagnation of the fire,wang,yang deficiency Kang III,re-set pearl side Differential Treatment.Imperfect pearl processing methods,the amount yet to be further standardized,compatibility in how to use other sedative drugs to enhance the effectiveness of pearl,the majority of reported experience is limited to sum up,the mechanism of the lack of pearl and other specific research.
