辨证分型推拿治疗肩周炎90例

摘　　要：[目的]观察辨证分型推拿治疗肩周炎疗效。[方法]将90例按辨证诊断分为普通型,风寒湿型,瘀血型。取坐位,医者以手托起患肢,从肩部到肘部往返行滚法、按揉法。再行肩外侧至腋后同样手法。点按相应穴位;同时轻微旋转、抬举上肢。松解粘连,施以拖肘摇法及大摇法。拿三角肌及肩井穴施理筋法。并拔火罐、红外线辅助治疗。不同分型加重相应手法。[结果]治疗10次后,痊愈37例,显效42例,无效11例,总有效率75.34%。[结论]辨证分型推拿治疗肩周炎,审证求因,据因施法,不同手法,操之有道、治之有法,疗效确切。[Objective] Syndromes efficacy of massage for treatment of frozen shoulder.[Method] 90 patients with diagnosis by syndrome is divided into common type,the wind cold dampness type,blood stasis type.Sitting,doctor to hand hold the limb,from shoulder to elbow and from the line of rolling method,rubbing method.And then to the posterior axillary line lateral shoulder the same way.Click the corresponding points;while slightly rotating,lifting arm.Lysis of adhesions,to impose law and dragging elbow shake shake method.Take the deltoid muscle and tendon Shi Jian Jingxue law.And cupping,infrared-assisted therapy.Different type tactics accordingly increased.[Results] 10 times after treatment,cureal 37 cases,makedly effectie in 42 cases,inefficacy 11 cases,75.34% total efficiency.[Conclusion] The type of massage for treatment of frozen shoulder syndrome,trial solicited by,according to a result of magic,a different approach,speaking in a proper way,rule of the law and effective.
