摘  要:目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对急性心肌梗死患者心率振荡(HRT)的影响,以期对评价治疗、判断预后提供参考。方法收集82例急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者相关资料,其中42例作为非瑞舒伐他汀组行单纯药物治疗,40例于发病起口服瑞舒伐他汀作为瑞舒伐他汀(可定)组,两组均未行PCI治疗,患者分别于发病后2周及6个月做24小时动态心电图并测定HRT各项指标。另选25例冠脉正常人做对照。结果所有AMI患者2周末HRT均明显减弱(P<0.05),瑞舒伐他汀组6月末HRT明显改善(P<0.05),而非瑞舒伐他汀组无明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 AMI后心肌缺血坏死导致心脏自主神经受损,HRT减弱,可能增加死亡率;AMI患者口服瑞舒伐他汀(可定)可以改善患者的HRT,有可能降低死亡率。Objective To investigate the effects of Rosuvastatin on heart rate turbulence(HRT)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),expect to provide reference for treatment and evaluating the prognosis.Methods Fourty-two patients with AMI treated with traditional therapy were as non-Rosuvastatin group.Fourty patients with AMI were as Rosuvastatin group that took Rosuvastatin after onset.At the same time,twenty-five person without coronary heart disease were as control group.Rosuvastatin group and non-Rosuvastatin group patients were examined holter electrocardiograms at second weekend and sixth month after onset.The control group patients were undergone holter eloctrocardiograms once.HRT can be quantified by two numerical parameters,namely the Turbulence Onset(TO)and the Turbulence Slope.Results HRT was weakend in all patients.There was no significantly difference between second weekend and sixth month in non-Rosuvastatin group(P〈0.05).There was significantly difference between second weekend and sixth month in Rosuvastatin group(P〈0.05).Conclusion AMI led the autonomic control system to be impaired,weakened HRT might increase mortality.HRT was improved by Rosuvastatin.It might decrease mortality.
