旋转喷雾干燥烟气脱硫技术在烧结机上的应用

摘　　要：鞍钢西区2台328㎡烧结机,系统处理烟气量为1 980 000m3/h,采用旋转喷雾干燥烟气脱硫工艺进行全烟气脱硫。脱硫系统主体设备包括:脱硫塔、浆液系统、布袋除尘器、增压风机、给排水泵、高低压配电柜、自动控制系统等。系统运行后SO2排放≤100mg/m3,脱硫效率≥90%,粉尘排放≤30mg/m3,完全满足国家环保要求。There are two 328 m2 sinter plants in Ansteel western zone, the whole flue gases are desulfurated by applying rotary spray drying flue gas desulfurizaion process, and flue gas flow treated by the system is up to 1 980 000 m3/h. The main equipments for desulfurizaion system include absorber, slurry system, bag filter, booster fan, feed and discharge water pump, high and low voltage power distribution cabinet, automatic control system and so on. These limitations completely meet national environmental requirements after the system running which SO2 emission limited is lower than 100 mg/ms , desulfurization efficiency is higher than 90% and dust emission is lower than 30 mg/m3.
