摘　　要：司法监督制度的改革与完善是一个庞大而复杂的理论问题,从司法判断力这一角度进行探讨,分析司法判断力监督的整体理念,提出应强化当事人的诉讼权利,由"权力对权力"的监督转向"权利对权力"的监督;强化上诉程序的监督功能,弱化程序外部的环境压力等制度设计建议。The reform and improvement of judicial supervision system are huge and complex theoretical issues,which we attempt to discuss with the view of judicial judgment in this paper.Analyzing overall concept of judicial judgment supervision,we propose recommendations on system design for intensifying the procedural rights of the parties,transforming supervision from ＂power to the power＂ mode to ＂right to power ＂mode;strengthening the oversight function of the appeal process,and weakening environment pressure of external program.
