基于ESDA的吉林省生态效益空间分析

摘　　要：生态系统具有巨大的生态效益,生态效益评估及生态补偿问题,逐渐成为研究的新热点。笔者利用ESDA和GIS技术,揭示了吉林省市县生态效益分布规律,同时结合经济社会综合发展指数进行聚类分析,描述了吉林省生态经济社会系统发展状况,并提出相关的生态补偿建议。研究表明:吉林省市县生态效益价值是可观的;吉林省市县生态效益Moran's I为0.05,Z值为2.9,说明其存在明显的正相关,具有明显的全局空间集聚现象。LISA分析和Moran散点图等局部空间自相关分析,都说明了生态效益表现为正的空间自相关,并且显著性很强;吉林省市县生态经济社会系统集聚分析结果,揭示出生态补偿区划类型,同时为出台相关的生态补偿政策提供了依据。Ecosystems have great eco-efficiency,the research of the assessment of eco-efficiency and the question of ecological compensation have gradually become the new hot spot.In this paper,we used the technology of ESDA and GIS,revealed distribution rules of the eco-efficiency of ecosystems in Jilin Province,combined with cluster analysis of economic and social developments,described the situation of ecological,economic and social system of the cities and counties in Jilin Province,and put forward proposals about how to compensate.Conclusions are drawn as follows： Firstly,the total value of the ecological benefits are enormous for cities and counties in Jilin Province.Secondly,the value of Moran＇s I index of ecological benefits is 0.05,Z value is 2.9 in Jilin Province.It showed that are an obvious positive correlation,a clear spatial overall concentration phenomenon in Jilin Province.Local spatial autocorrelation analysis,whether LISA analysis or Moran scatter,suggested that ecological benefits performed highly significant and spatial autocorrelation for 40 cities and counties in Jilin Province.Thirdly,the results revealed the ecological compensation division,as well as the basis of eco-compensation related policies from the concentration analysis for ecological,economic and social systems in Jilin Province.
