摘 要:利用溶胶-凝胶及常压干燥法制备了间苯二酚(R)-甲醛(F)干凝胶。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)研究了RF干凝胶的结构与性能,并分析了实验参数对RF的凝胶时间、干凝胶堆积密度的影响。结果表明,通过调控催化剂含量、反应物浓度、pH值可调控RF干凝胶的微观结构。RF干凝胶的堆积密度可在0.299~1.353g/cm3范围内调控,凝胶颗粒尺寸在50nm~3μm之间。Resorcinol-formaldehyde (RF) xerogels were prepared by sol-gel method and subsequent ambient drying. The effects of experimental parameters on the gel time and bulk density were studied in detail. The structure and property of RF xerogels were systematically investigated by SEM, FTIR and TGA. The results indicated that the micro-structures of RF xerogels could be controlled by tuning catalyst, reactant concentration, and initial pH values. The bulk densities of RF xerogels and the sizes of their gel particles were tailored in the range of 0.299-1.353g/cm3 and 50hm-3μm, respectively.
