摘  要:氧代双-(N-甲基邻苯二甲酰亚胺)(简称OBI)是一种高附加值的精细有机产品,是合成3,3,’4,4-’二苯醚四甲酸二酐(简称单醚酐ODPA)的重要中间体。是以4-硝基-N-甲基-邻苯二甲酰亚胺为原料,选用新型相转移催化剂,以此提高产品OBI的收率。传统方法是以亚硝酸盐、碳酸盐或氟化钾、氟化钠等,在相转移催化剂季铵盐、季膦盐等存在下进行自缩合反应,收率在65%~75%之间。改进的工艺是在碳酸盐和新型相转移催化剂催化下,进行自缩合反应,合成氧代双-(N-甲基邻苯二甲酰亚胺),预期反应收率大于85%。O-di (N-methylphthalimide)(OBI) is a fine chemical organic product with high value-added, and it's also an important intermediate for synthesizing 3,3 ',4,4'-oxydiphthalic anhydrides (ODPA). A new phase-transfer catalyst is selected, and OBI is synthesized from N-methyl-4- itrophthalimide, and the yield increased by this method. The traditional method uses quaternary ammonium salt or quaternary phosphonium salt as phase transfer catalysts and nitrite, carbonate, potassium fluoride, sodium fluoride as raw materials to synthesize OBI by self-condensation reaction, its yield is about 65%-75%. The improved technique uses the new phase-transfer catalyst with carbonate to synthesize OBI by self-condensation reaction, and its expected yield is above 85%.
