摘  要:间歇共沸精馏是分离共沸物的一种方法,适用于化工、制药、溶剂回收、天然产物提取等产量小、品种多的行业,因此间歇共沸精馏近年来已成为非常活跃的研究和开发热点。对已有的常规间歇共沸精馏的操作方式作了改进,即共沸剂改为在塔釜回流,以正己烷为共沸剂,对分离乙醇-水共沸体系进行了改进研究,并与常规间歇共沸精馏的实验结果进行比较。结果表明,改进的间歇共沸精馏操作方式具有可行性,与常规操作方式相比,在相同的操作参数下,具有产品纯度和收率高等优点,分别可达到99.9%和82%。Batch azeotropic distillation is used to separate azeotropic mixtures. Because it has both advantages of batch distillation and azeotropic distillation, batch azeotropic distillation has been becoming more and more important for the products of small scale and high extra value, such as the fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals and so on. The operation mode of regular batch azeotropic distillation is improved: the entrainer is refluxing at the bottom of tower. An experiment for the separation of ethanol-water system with using hexane as entrainer by improved batch azeotropic distillation is discussed. The results show that the improved mode of batch azeotropic distillation is feasible; compared with the regular operation mode, this method has high product purity and yield with the same operating parameters, which is up to 99.9% and 82% respectively.
