摘　　要：全球经济一体化进程的加快发展,不断地缩短技术研发的周期,使技术创新成为企业发展和竞争力提高的动力与源泉。但是,由于企业所掌握的智力资源是有限的,所以借助高校与科研院所的研究力量进行技术创新,就成为企业实现其战略目标的重要手段。而联盟以其特有的优势,成为企业同高校、科研院所进行合作的首选方式。产学研合作已经成为知识转换成效益的最有效途径,同时亦是技术创新、经济发展的必然要求。The development of global economic integration,shortens the research and development cycle of technology, and makes technological innovation become the power source to the enterprise development and competitiveness.However, because of the limitation of intelligence resources,it has become an important technical innovation means for enterprises to take advantage of the strength of the university and research.The alliance with its unique advantages has become the preferred method of cooperation between universities,research institutes and companies.The industry-university-research cooperation（IUR） has become the most effective way of the knowledge change into the benefit,and also the necessary requirement for technical innovation and economic development.
