摘  要:利用嵌段共聚物聚环氧乙烷-聚环氧丙烷-聚环氧乙烷(P123)作为胶束模板,均三甲苯(TMB)为扩孔剂,在强酸条件下制备出了一系列大孔径的介孔二氧化硅材料,获得了一种泡状新型结构的硅材料;通过N2吸附-脱附、高分辨透射电镜(HTEM)等手段对这种新型结构的材料进行了表征,综合考察了扩孔剂的用量、酸的浓度以及水热处理温度对硅材料的扩孔效应;并以三甲氧基氨丙基硅烷(APTS)作为功能化试剂,通过后嫁接法成功制备了氨基化的介孔二氧化硅。实验结果表明:由于均三甲苯的增溶作用,能够有效调节介孔材料的孔结构参数,扩大介孔孔径,所获材料平均孔径达27 nm,这种孔径较大且富含氨基的介孔材料可望用于生物大分子酶的固定或实现不同范围的分子筛分。Pore expanded mesoporous silica material with cellular foams structure was prepared from tetrathoxysilane(TEOS)in the presence of strong acid and using block copolymer EO20PO70EO20(P123)as template and mesitylene as expanding agent.The structural features were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption and HTEM techniques.The influences of synthesis conditions,such as the amount of mesitylene,hydrochloric acid concentration and the temperature of hydrothermal treatment,on the structural features of the material were experimentally investigated.Meanwhile,amino group functionalized mesoporous silica was successfully prepared from the material by grafting with 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane(APTS).The experiment results showed that the pore structure parameters of mesoporous silica materials could be adjusted by adding TMB into the synthsis system and the mean pore sizes of the resulted mesoporous silica reached to 27 nm.The obtained amino group functionalized mesoporous silica material with expanded pore size was expectable to find their application in the field of enzyme immobilization or molecular screening in the different range.
