摘 要:建立了一种基于纳米TiO2预富集在线悬浮液氢化物发生的技术,并将其与原子荧光谱仪联用检测环境水样中痕量砷。实验优化了影响As(Ⅲ)吸附以及洗脱的相关条件。在最优条件下建立了标准曲线,其线性相关系数优于0.999,检出限为0.004μg.L-1。相对于传统氢化物发生原子荧光法,检出限和灵敏度均有明显的改善。并成功地将该方法用于环境水样中痕量砷的测定。A sensitive and simple method was developed using nano-TiO2 preconcentration and on line slurry hydride generation(HG)coupled with atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS)for the determination of As(Ⅲ).Optimum conditions for adsorption,elution and hydride generation of arsenic were carefully investigated.A calibration curve was obtained under optimal experimental conditions.The linear correlation coefficients for calibration curves were better than 0.999.Detection of limit of 0.004 μg L-1 was obtained based on processing a 40 ml sample volume.Compared to conventional HG method,the sensitivity and limit of detection of the proposed method were improved 8-and 8-fold,respectively.The proposed technique was successfully applied for the determination of As(Ⅲ)in two kinds of environmental water samples with satisfied recovery.
