河南省新乡地区农村居民亚健康状况及疾病状况分布特征

摘　　要：目的了解河南省新乡地区农村居民亚健康常见症状及疾病特征分布。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取河南省665人为研究对象,采用自行设计的亚健康问卷及康奈尔医学指数量表(CMI)开展调查。对亚健康状况发生率进行统计分析。结果被调查居民身心亚健康状态发生率为22.1%,其中男性和女性身心亚健康状态发生率分别为22.0%和22.1%。心理亚健康状态发生率为8.1%,其中男性和女性的心理亚健康状态发生率分别为7.5%和8.5%。以41岁至50岁组亚健康发生率最高(23.9%)。农村居民亚健康常见症状中神经内分泌系统所占比例最高(45.1%),其次为呼吸系统(28.6%)、心血管系统(13.1%)、运动系统(9.5%)和消化系统(3.7%)。亚健康常见症状有失眠、视力差、发脾气、常烦恼、眨眼和流泪、入睡困难、轻咳、喉痛、打喷嚏、咳痰、鼻塞、手脚抽筋、心动过速、关节和四肢疼痛、饮食不规律等。农村居民疾病好发系统首先为心血管系统,占21.8%,其次为消化系统(8.3%)、神经内分泌系统(5.7%)、呼吸系统(4.9%)、运动系统(3.1%)和其他系统(7.6%)。结论亚健康常见症状中神经内分泌系统所占比例最高,其次为呼吸系统、心血管系统、运动系统和消化系统。农村居民疾病好发系统首先为心血管系统,其次为消化系统、神经内分泌系统、呼吸系统、运动系统和其他系统。Objective To understand the common symptoms distribution of sub-health and disease status distribution among rural residents in Xinxiang city of Henan province.Methods A total of 665 rural residents were enrolled by using multi-stage stratified cluster randomized sampling method.Questionnaires designed by ourselves and the Cornell Medical Index（CMI） was employed.The incidences of various sub-health symptoms were analysed.Results The overall incidence of physical and mental sub-health was 22.1%,it was 22.0% for the male and 22.1% for female,respectively.The overall incidence of mental sub-health was 8.1%,which was 7.5% for male and 8.5% for female,which reached to the highest among the groups aged 41-50 years（23.9%）.Most common symptoms of sub-health in the rural residents occurred to neuroendocrine system（45.1%）,followed by respiratory system（28.6%）,cardiovascular system（13.1%）,motor system（9.5%）,and digestive system（3.7%）.The common symptoms of sub-health included insomnia,poor eyesight,temper,often troubled,eye blinking and tears,sleep difficulties,cough,sore throat,sneezing,expectoration,stuffy nose,hands and feet cramps,tachycardia,joint and limb pain,irregular diet,etc.For rural residents of Henan province,chronic diseases occurred most to cardiovascular system（21.8%）,which was followed by digestive system（8.3%）,neuroendocrine system（5.7%）,respiratory system（4.9%）,exercise system（3.1%）,and other system（7.6%）.Conclusion The most common symptoms of sub-health in the rural residents occurred to neuroendocrine system,followed by respiratory system,cardiovascular system,motor system and digestive system.For rural residents of Henan province,chronic diseases occurred most to cardiovascular system,which was followed by digestive system neuroendocrine system respiratory system exercise system,and other system sub-health happened most to those systems which are most susceptible for chronic diseases.
