摘　　要：目的:分析我院2008-03～2011-03铜绿假单胞菌感染的分布及耐药性的变化,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:采用K—B纸片扩散法对临床标本分离的铜绿假单胞菌进行抗菌药物敏感性测定。结果:铜绿假单胞菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药性呈现逐年上升趋势。结论:铜绿假单胞菌是我院院内感染主要的致病菌之一,多重耐药现象严重,建议加强院感管理,合理使用抗菌药物。Objective：To analysis the resistance of pesudomonas aeruginosa during 2008-03~2011-03.Methods： Using K-B disc diffusion method to detect the drug sensitivity in seprate from the clinical pecimens.Result：Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant in general increasing trend year by year.Conclusion：Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistance is serious multi-drug resistance.We can control and mitigate the growth of bacterial resistance effectively by strengthening the management of hospital infection and rational using antibiotics.
