摘  要:根据选择性堵水机理,针对高强度堵剂由于过度交联易出现脱水的问题,筛选了一种适合裂缝性油藏的选择性堵剂。该堵剂由质量浓度为10000mg/L的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺、20mg/L的有机铬(Ⅲ)交联剂和700mg/L的添加剂组成。该堵剂抗盐性及稳定性好,初始粘度低,注入性好。单管岩心流动实验结果表明,该堵剂在岩心中的突破压力梯度为26.3MPa/m,能够满足裂缝性油藏堵水的需要。双管并联岩心流动实验结果表明,该堵剂选择性优先进入高渗透水层,在低渗透油层提高原油采收率为9.3%~10.2%。与此同时,由于堵剂是水基堵剂,油层也未发生"堵死"现象,在高渗透油层提高采收率为3.4%~5.8%,说明该堵剂有较好的选择性封堵能力。In response to the dehydration of high strength gel due to excessive cross-linking,and based on the combining mechanism of selective water shut off,a selective water shut off agent suitable for fractured reservoir is synthesized through optimization volumetric concentrations of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide and cross-linkers in the agent in laboratory,and the normal capacity (stability etc.) and selective water shut off about the agent is reviewed.In-lab experiment result shows that,the water shut off agent is of the best ageing stability and salt-resistance under the condition of salinity 85 159.7mg/L and the model reservoir temperature eighty Kelve.Lab simulation single-tube core flow shows that the gel pressure gradient is 26.3MPa/m in drilling core,so,it can meet the needs of in-situ water shut off in oil field.Lab simulation duplex tube parallel connection drilling core flow experiment reveals that,the strong gel plug agent is optionally and preferentially injected into the water flood layer with high permeability,making obvious starting-up in the low permeability oil layer,at last,the enhanced oil recovery is 9.3%-10.2%.In the meantime,in high permeability layer,there is no phenomenon of 'blank off' in the oil layer because the strong gel plug agent is water based and the enhanced oil recovery is 3.4%-5.8%.Hence,the plug agent for fractured reservoir is of good water shut off performance and preferable selective water shut-off capacity.
