摘  要:针对国内超深井对固井缓凝剂的需求,以含膦酸基的烯类单体(LP)、丙烯酸(AA)2、-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,制备了新型高温缓凝剂LPA,并用红外光谱对其进行了表征。考察了LPA在水泥浆中缓凝性能及对水泥浆性能的影响。结果表明,LPA在高温条件下对水泥浆具有较好的缓凝性和抗盐性,水泥浆的稠化时间在90~170℃具有线性可调且无超缓凝现象,LPA与常用的添加剂配伍性好,能满足固井施工的要求。In view of the requirement for the retarder for cementing domestic uhradeep well, a new high temperature retarder LPA was prepared with phosphonic acid group containing vinyl monomer (LP), acrylic acid (AA) and 2 - acrylamide - 2 - propanesulfonic acid (AMPS) as the materials and ammonium persulfate as the initiator, and was characterized with infrared spectra technique. The retarding property of LPA in ce- ment slurry and the effect of LPA on the performance of cement slurry were studied. According to the results of test, the cement slurry mixed with LPA is good in retarding and salt resistant properties at high temperature, and the thickening time of cement slurry is linearly adjustable without super retarding phenomenon. LPA has good compatibility with the additives commonly used, and can satisfy the requirement for cementing construction.
