摘 要:以I2/PAn为催化剂,通过乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙二醇反应合成了苹果酯,探过了I2/PAn对缩酮反应的催化活性,考察了酯醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间对产品收率的影响。结果表明I,2/PAn是合成苹果酯的良好催化剂,最佳反应条件为:n(乙酰乙酸乙酯)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.6,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.6%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间45 min。上述条件下,苹果酯的收率可达86.2%。2 - Methyl - 2 - ethyl acetoacetate - 1,3 - dioxolane was synthesized by the reaction of acetyla- cetic ester with glycol with Is/PAn as the catalyst, and the effect of Is/PAn on the catalytic activity of ketal re- action as well as the effect of molar ratio of materials, catalyst usage and reaction time on product yield were studied. According to the results, I2/PAn is a good catalyst for synthesizing 2 - methyl - 2 - ethyl acetoacetate -1,3 -dioxolane. The optimum reaction conditions were identified, i.e. n (acetylacetic ester) :n (glycol) = 1 : 1.6, percentage of catalyst amount in total mass of reaction materials: 0.6%, water carrying agent: cyclohexane, reaction time : 45 min. The yield of 2 - methyl - 2 - ethyl acetoacetate - 1,3 - dioxolane can reach 86.2% at above conditions.
