摘  要:以AlCl3为主催化剂,浓盐酸为助剂,苯直接羰基化催化合成苯甲醛,考察了反应时间、反应温度、CO压力、搅拌器转速、AlCl3用量及浓盐酸加量对反应的影响。结果表明,在最佳反应条件下,苯甲醛的收率达44.10%。Benzaldehyde was catalytically synthesized by direct carbonylation of benzene with AIC13 as the major catalyst and concentrated hydrochloric acid as the promoter, and the effect of reaction time, reaction temperature, CO pressure, speed of agitator, A1C13 amount and concentrated hydrochloric acid addition on the reaction was studied. According to the results of test, the yield of benzaldehyde is 44.10% at optimum reac- tion conditions.
