摘 要:利用近红外光谱分析技术建立相思树未漂硫酸盐浆纸张物理强度及纸张白度的近红外预测模型,探讨了纸张物理强度及白度与纸张近红外谱图的相关性。用近红外光谱采集相思树未漂硫酸盐浆纸张的光谱信息,用国家标准方法测定纸张的白度、抗张指数及撕裂指数;运用OPUS 6.5定量分析软件中偏最小二乘法(PLS)对谱图进行预处理,结合预处理谱图和国家标准方法所测数据,对纸张白度、抗张指数和撕裂指数建立近红外光谱数学模型。实验结果表明,相思树纸张白度、抗张指数、撕裂指数与纸张近红外谱图有很强的相关性,其相关系数分别为0.9529、0.8951、0.9146;利用这些近红外模型可以快速无损地预测出纸张的白度、抗张指数和撕裂指数。The correlations between paper physical properties,whiteness and near infrared spectrum of Acacia spp.were studied by using near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) to establish near infrared mathematical models of physical properties and whiteness of unbleached kraft paper of Acacia spp.Spectral data of unbleached kraft paper of Acacia spp.were acquired by NIRS.The whiteness,tensile index and tear index of the paper were measured by standard methods.The spectral data were pretreated and the mathematical models of paper were established by software OPUS 6.5 partial least squares(abbreviated as PLS).The whiteness,tear index and tensile index of unbleached kraft paper of Acacia spp.have strong correlation with the spectrum of paper.The mathematical models of whiteness,tear index and tensile index of paper can be used to non-destructively predict paper properties rapidly.
