摘 要:实验以钛酸丁酯为前躯体,乙醇为溶剂,冰乙酸为催化剂,以溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO2纳米粉体.通过对样品进行XRD分析,能谱分析及扫描电镜分析得到样品是金红石型结构的粉体,样品中含有所掺杂的元素Ho和Yb,样品颗粒非常细小,并有明显的团聚现象,颗粒呈球形.在常温下选用中心波长为980 nm、最大输出功率500 mV二极管激光器作激发光源激发样品,在TiO2:Ho3+/Yb3+样品上转换荧光光谱的543 nm处观察到了较强的绿光发射,确定了光子发射过程,研究通过改变掺杂离子的质量分数来提高上转换发光强度,并详细讨论了上转换发光机制.The TiO2 sol was prepared through sol-gel method,Ti(OC4H9)4 was chosen as a precursor,and ethanol as impregnant.Acid as catalyzer.These upconversion luminescence nano-powders were characterized by XRD,SEM and emission spectroscopy.Through studying the roasted processes of samples were determined.Through XRD analysis,the crystal from and grain sizes of samples were also confirmed.Furthermore,the grain sizes of these nano-powders were proofed by TEM.At room temperature for 980 nm wavelength selection center,maximum output power for the diode laser 500 mV as stimulation light stimulated samples,through TiO2: Ho3+ / Yb3+ sample of fluorescence spectroscopy 543 nm conversion in observed strong green emission,determined the photon emission process,changed the doping concentration of ion to improve on the luminous intensity conversion,and the mechanisms of the upconversion luminescence were also discussed.
