衡阳市某大学学生结核病防治知识信念和行为调查

摘　　要：目的了解衡阳市某大学学生结核病防治知识、信念和行为的状况。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法对某大学大一和大三的559名学生进行匿名调查。结果学生对结核病防治知识核心信息的总知晓率为43.45%;两条核心信息(结核病的传染性、结核病人应到专门机构检查治疗)的单一知晓率超过50%;学生获取结核病相关知识的途径主要为"听别人说的"(40.8%),其次为电视(25.4%)和报纸(14.8%);学生对结核病的态度和行为正确持有率较低,大三年级主动了解过结核知识的学生高于大一年级,正确持有率为31.3%;有56.7%的学生曾经拿过结核病防治的宣传资料。结论大学生对结核病防治知识的知晓率较低,对结核病信念和行为的正确持有率较低,有必要在大学生中广泛开展结核病防治相关的健康教育。Objective To understand the status of knowledge,attitude and behavior about tuberculosis in students of a university in Hengyan City.Methods A total of 559 university students from grade one and grade three were selected with the stratified random cluster sampling method and investigated with an anonymous questionnaire. Results The total awareness rate of kernel information about tuberculosis was 43.45% without significant differences between or among sexes,grades and specialties.The single awareness rates of two pieces of kernel information about tuberculosis（tuberculosis could be infected and tuberculosis patients should go to a specialized organization to treat themselves） were over 50%.The students usually got the information by being told（40.8%）,watching TV（25.4%） or reading newspapers（14.8%）,without significant differences between or among sexes,grades and specialties（P0.05）.The rates of correct attitude and behavior to tuberculosis were low.The students from grade 3 were more active in learning something about tuberculosis than the ones from grade 1,and the rate of correct behavior in grade 3 students was 31.3%.Totally 56.7% of university students went to take publicity materials of tuberculosis control.Conclusions The awareness rate of information about tuberculosis,and the rates of correct attitude and behavior to tuberculosis are low in the university students,so it is necessary to enhance the health education about tuberculosis in the university.
