摘　　要：目的加强社区鼻饲病人护理,倡导居家养老,提高家庭病人生活质量,减少并发症,促使病人早日康复。方法早期做好家庭病人评估,加强护理,积极开展病人陪人健康指导,同时,不断加强社区护理人员业务技能培训,有利于社区护理工作持续开展。结果社区护理水平不断提高,满足社区居民健康基本需求,家庭病人康复有保证,社区医疗卫生服务受到居民认可和欢迎,社区居民更加安居乐业。结论社区医疗护理人员真正发挥健康守门人作用,居民基本健康问题不出家门就得以解决。这不仅大大方便家庭病人,也缓解大医院压力。提高社区医疗卫生服务水平,社区居民及家庭病人健康受益,为推进小病进社区大病到医院进行积极努力。Objective To strengthen the community nasal feeding patient care,promote home care and improve patient quality of life,reduce complications,and facilitate patient recovery. Methods There were early assessment for the family of patients,enhanced care,active health guidance to caregivers,and business skill training for community nurses,and so on.Results Community care has improved continuously to meet the basic needs of the health of community residents,and there were rehabilitation of families of patients.The community health services were welcomed by the residents.Conclusions Community health nurses play a real role in the health gatekeepers,and the health condition of community residents has improved.
