摘　　要：目的研究阿德福韦与小牛胸腺DNA结合作用的盐效应及热力学作用。方法采用荧光光谱法、热力学理论研究阿德福韦与DNA的相互作用。结果证实了阿德福韦是通过嵌插作用模式与DNA发生了相互作用。结论阿德福韦与DNA之间存在嵌插作用模式,其相互作用力为静电作用。Objective To study thermodynamics and salt effect of role of adefovir with DNA. Methods Used fluorescence spectroscopy and thermodynamics to study the role of adefovir with DNA. Results It＇s confirmed that adefovir was interacted with DNA used the intercalation mode. Conclusion The mode between adefovir and DNA is intercalation and groove binding. The interaction force is electrostatic interaction.
