血必净注射液治疗重度火焰烧伤患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察血必净注射液治疗重度烧伤患者的疗效。方法将30例重度火焰烧伤患者随机分为治疗组(18例)和对照组(12例),治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用血必净注射液,于治疗前和治疗后第7天观察两组患者体温、呼吸、心率,血白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比例以及血浆谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、血肌酐、尿素氮等生化指标。结果两组患者治疗后各项指标均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组患者心率、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比例,血浆ALT、AST均较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液可以显著降低重度烧伤患者的炎症介质水平,有效保护患者的脏器功能。Objective To evaluate the effects of XueBiJing injection on sevel burn patients.Methods 30 servel burn patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=18） and control group（n=12）.The cases in treatment group were treated with conventional therapy plus XueBiJing.The body temperature（T）,heart rate（HR）,respiration（R）,white blood cell count（WBC）,neutrophil ratio,plasma alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,creatinine（CR）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN） were observed.Results All indicators of two groups were significantly lower after treatment than pre-treatment （P〈0.01）;After treatment,the HR,WBC,neutrophil ratio,serum ALT,AST in treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xuebijing injection could markedly lower serum levels of inflammation mediators,and obviously protect functions of multiple organs in patients with severe burn injury.
