摘 要:以芳砜纶为原料,在芳砜纶机织格栅上复合静电纺芳砜纶纳米纤维,获得增强三维复合过滤材料。通过扫描电镜、红外光谱仪、X-衍射仪、热分析仪以及电子织物强力仪等仪器对复合过滤材料的结构及其性能进行测定。结果表明:纳米纤维层与机织格栅相互嵌合成三维复合过滤材料;静电纺丝法可制备连续、均匀、无珠状物并含有大量孔隙的芳砜纶纳米纤维;红外光谱和X衍射表明静电纺丝和材料复合不影响芳砜纶纤维的内部结构;该三维复合过滤材料具有优异的耐高温性能、良好的过滤效果和力学性能,对直径0.5μm以下的粒子达到85%以上的过滤效率,复合材料的断裂强力大于1 000 N。To develop the filter materials with excellent machanical,filterable and heatresisting properties,the PSA was used as materials.The three-dimensional blended filter materials were obtained by blended the electrospun PSA nanofibers and PSA grating.The structure and properties of the blended materilas were characterized by means of SEM,FTIR,XRD,TG-DSC and electronic fabric tensile tester.The results showed that the electrospun PSA nanofibrous membrane could adhere to the woven grating well.The PSA nanofibers with continuous,homogeneous,non-beaded fibers and higher porosity.FTIR and XRD results indicated that the electrospinning and blending did not affect the microstructure of the PSA fibers.The three-dimensional belended filter materials had excellent heatresisting,filterable and mechanical properties,which had more than 85% filter efficiency to the particles with diameter less than 0.5 μm.The breaking strength of the blended filter materials was higher than 1 000 N.
