摘　　要：[目的]研究圆齿野鸦椿种子内含物的成分及作用。[方法]以圆齿野鸦椿种子为材料,对其内含物进行提取、分离,并进行白菜籽萌发试验。[结果]不同时期采集的圆齿野鸦椿种子的内、外种皮及胚含有不同种类及浓度的萌发抑制剂。[结论]圆齿野鸦椿种子外种皮、内种皮及胚中抑制萌发物质的存在是引起其休眠的原因之一。[Objective]The research aimed to study the components and functions of inner substances of Euscaphis konishii Hayata.[Method]Taken the seeds of E.konishii Hayata for materials,and its inner substances were extracted and separated.Then the seed germination tests of cabbage were carried out.[Result]The results showed that there are different kinds and different concentrations of inner inhibitors existed in outer coat,inner coat and endosperm of seeds of E.konishii Hayata.[Conclusion]It is one of the reason that caused the dormancy of E.konishii Hayata for the existence of inhibitors of germination existed in outer coat,inner coat and endosperm.
