摘 要:[目的]探讨不同工业污水对环境的污染程度。[方法]采用蚕豆根尖微核技术,测定了雅安2种类型工业污水对蚕豆根尖细胞微核的遗传毒性。[结果]铸造厂污水和制药厂污水诱发的蚕豆根尖微核细胞率分别为21.65‰和23.55‰。卡方分析结果显示,2种污水样品诱发的微核细胞率与阴性对照间差异极显著。[结论]不同类型的工业污水对蚕豆根尖细胞微核的诱导程度有差异,蚕豆根尖细胞微核对各种工业污水的遗传毒性十分敏感。[Objective] The aim was to explore pollution degrees of different industrial sewages on environment.[Method] The genotoxicity of 2 kinds of industrial sewages from Ya'an on root tip cells of Vicia faba were tested by micronucleus assay.[Result] Micronucleus frequencies induced by the sewages from a pharmaceutical industry and a plating factory in Ya'an were 21.65‰ and 23.55‰,respectively.There were significant differences between the two treated groups and negative control(P0.01).[Conclusion] The micronucleus frequencies induced by different industrial sewages are different.The micronucleus of Vicia faba root tip cells are very sensitive to the genotoxicity of various sewages.
