城乡断裂下农村环境污染存在的问题及自治对策——以河南省舞阳县为例

摘　　要：通过设计调查问卷对河南省舞阳县农村地区环境状况进行入户调查。结果表明,研究区内面源污染与点源污染共存,工业污染与生活污染叠加,新旧污染相互交织,生态资源退化逐渐严重和扩大。依据调查结果建议在城乡断裂现状下推进农村环境保护自治制度。The environment condition of rural area in Wuyang County,Henan Province was investigated by questionnaire.The results showed that,non-point pollution and point pollution are coexistence,industrial pollution and living pollution,new pollution and old pollution are interlaced,degradation of ecological resources become serious gradually.According to the investigation results,rural environmental protection autonomy system should be promoted.
