摘　　要：针对山东省农村科普受众素质不断提高、数量与比例大幅度减少等新变化,提出了政府主导、现代技术、改革创新、市场运做、学习借鉴、新农村建设等现代农村科普理念,并从农村科普受众、主体、网络、资源、认识等方面提出了山东省农村科普的具体对策措施。Against the new changes of the quality improvement,the decreasing amount and scale of the countrymen in Shandong Province,this paper carries out a few new concept of rural science popularization,including government leading,modern technology,reform and innovation,market economy,learn and borrow advance experience,construction of new socialist countryside,and has detailedly discussed countermeasures from the aspects of countrymen,mail body,network,resource,cognition of the rural science popularization in Shandong Province.
