摘　　要：通过对国内外相关文献的分析,对国内外土地利用公平绩效评价的研究现状进行了总结、评述,指出了目前研究中存在的4个问题:理论和实证研究需要完善、研究主体及地域不平衡、研究方法不规范、研究成果应用性不强,进而对土地利用公平绩效研究的发展趋势进行了展望。Through a comprehensive analysis of relevant literature,the research status of land use equity performance evaluation at home and abroad was summarized and evaluated.Four problems in the study were pointed out： theoretical and empirical research need to be improved,subjects and geographical is imbalance,methods have no unified standards,the application of results is not widely.Furthermore,the development trend of land use equity performance was forecasted.
