摘　　要：近年来,湖南省人地矛盾日益紧张,推行土地伦理利用对可持续发展和建立和谐人地关系有重大意义。该文阐述湖南省土地利用中存在的问题及土地利用伦理的内容,最后提出推进土地伦理利用的对策措施。The contradiction between human and land in Hunan Province has become more and more serious in recent years.Carrying out the utilization of land ethics has a great significance to promote the sustainable development and build a harmonious relationship between human and land.The problems of land-use in Hunan Province and the content of land ethical-use were described,and the measures in utilization of land ethics were put forward finally.
