Teflon隔片在Ⅱ期颅脑手术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨去骨瓣减压术中应用Teflon隔片后对Ⅱ期颅脑手术的影响.方法 对121例行去骨瓣减压术并Ⅱ期颅骨成型的患者进行回顾性研究,选取43例去骨瓣减压术后意识恢复至正常并且能配合检查的患者,将患者按在去骨瓣减压中是否应用Teflon隔片分为两组,对其进行事件相关电位P300的测定和蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分.结果 ①应用Teflon隔片患者外减压术的事件相关电位P300潜伏期更趋于正常,Ⅱ期颅脑手术后事件相关电位P300潜伏期缩短程度明显高于未应用Teflon隔片患者;②蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分表明,虽然应用Teflon隔片患者外减压术的评分两组无明显差异,但Ⅱ期颅脑手术后评分提高值明显高于未应用Teflon隔片患者.结论 在去骨瓣减压术中应用Teflon隔片有助于改善患者的脑功能,对提高患者的生活质量较有一定的帮助.Objective To investigate the value of Teflon patch in decompressive craniectomy and its influence on cranioplasty. Methods One hundred twenty-one cases who received decompressive craniectomy and cranioplasty in our hospital were retrospectively studied. Forty-three cases were choosed to receive decompressive craniectomy and recovered normal consciousness from all subjects. Forty-three cases were detected by P300 and Montreal cognitive assesment （ MOCA ）. Results ①The P300 latency more closed to normal value after cranioplasty if Teflon patch was used in decompressive craniectomy. ②The score detected by MOCA obviously increase after the second operation if Teflon patch was used in decompressive craniectomy. Conclusion It would improve the encephalic flmction admoving teflon patch in decompressive craniectomy.
