摘　　要：目的 探讨肩胛上悬吊复合体（SSSC）两处损伤的手术治疗方法及其疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院2000年8月～2010年2月收治的18例SSSC两处损伤患者（均有不同程度的合并损伤）的临床资料.18例患者均采用手术治疗,伤后至手术时间为3～21d,平均9.6d.其中11例仅固定锁骨或肩锁关节,7例联合固定锁骨或肩锁关节及肩胛颈骨折.结果 肩关节功能根据Herscovici标准进行评定,优13例,良2例,可2例,差1例.结论 肩部悬吊复合体两处损伤行手术治疗后,可恢复SSSC的稳定性,但针对不同患者应采取个体化手术治疗方案,患者早期进行功能锻炼,关节功能恢复满意.Objective To explore the surgical treatment and curative effe（;! of double disruption of superior shoulder suspensol7 complex（ SSSC）. Methods Tile clinical data of 18 cases witb double disruption of SSSC admitled to our hospital for surgical treatment from August 2000 to February 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. The mean time from primary injm7 to tile fracture operation was 9.6 days （ range 3 to 21 days ）. Of those treated surgically, a simple immobi- lization was done for obviously displaced clavicular or dislocated acromioelavicular joint in 11 eases,and combined fixation was conducted tor the rest. Results According to the scoring systems of Herscovici,thirteen patients had excellent functional result,two patients had good functional result,two had fair result and one poor result. Conclusion The stability of the SSSC was recovered after surgery,and individual operative treatment should be adopted. The joint function of patients with early functional exercise recovered satisfactorily after the normal activities with satisfactory results.
